The Brief

Our client was seeking a new warehouse facility to maximise stock on hand and power up their distribution capability.

Being owner occupied, it was also a focus of the client to increase return on investment for the commercial building, located in a thriving industrial estate in Cardiff NSW.

Our Innovative Solution

Drawing on over 25 years experience in custom buildings for the industrial and commercial sectors, the team at Techspan designed, engineered and manufactured the warehouse to meet the clients brief.

In the design phase, Techspan considered the existing building, site dimensions and boundary allowances.

The result was a building design that integrated seamlessly onto the site, complimented the existing structure at the front of the site, enabled maximum available floor area/stock storage, high accessibility and functionality.

The 25m (w) x 51m (l) x 10.54m (h) structure was made of a structural steel frame and full height concrete panels.

Techspan included PA doors, roller doors and multiple custom mezzanine areas with staircases as part of the project package.
